FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What services do you offer as a Virtual Assistant?
A: We provide a range of administrative and social media support including email management, calendar scheduling, document creation, data entry, travel planning, customer service, and content scheduling for social media platforms. We also specialize in providing support for online boutiques.

Q: How do I know if I need a Virtual Assistant?
A: If you’re spending more time on repetitive admin tasks than on growing your business, or if you feel overwhelmed and need help with day-to-day operations, a virtual assistant is a great solution.

Q: How does working with you actually work?
A: Everything is done remotely. Once we outline your needs and desired services, we get access to the tools or platforms you use. From there, we handle the assigned tasks and provide regular updates and communication.

Q: What industries do you specialize in?
A: We primarily support small business owners, creatives, service-based businesses, and online boutique brands—but our skills are transferable across many industries.

Q: What are your working hours?
A: We generally operate Monday through Friday during standard business hours (9 am–5 pm), but we can be flexible depending on your needs and our agreement.

Q: How do I get started?
A: You can get started by sending an email outlining the services you’re interested in and a brief explanation of your current needs. All consultations are handled via email because it’s more efficient and allows us to communicate clearly and refer back to the information for accuracy. Once we determine what type of support you need, we’ll send over a proposal and next-step instructions for onboarding.

Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: We offer both hourly and retainer packages depending on the level and frequency of support you need. Custom packages are also available. Please click here for our services and pricing.

Q: Is there a minimum commitment required?
A: To ensure consistent support and results, we require a minimum of 10 hours per month. Short-term projects can also be discussed.

Q: What tools and platforms do you use?
A: We are experienced with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Shopify, and more. We’re also quick to learn new platforms if needed.

Q: How do you keep my information secure and confidential?
A: Client confidentiality is extremely important to us. We use secure systems and always sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure your information remains protected.
